IT Officer

Technical
– Min 3 yrs previous working experience in same role
– Have sound knowledge of ERP and MRP systems (knowledge of QUASAR-X is a plus)
– ERP implementation and administration
– supporting the roll-out of new applications, with particular reference to ERP
– installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
– monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
– troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
– replacing parts as required;
– providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
– setting up new users’ accounts and profiles
– website CMS updating
– basic knowledge of manufacturing production

Shipping Operator

Technical

– Min 3 yrs previous working experience in a valve factory or in a shipping company
– Have sound knowledge of packing for overseas shipments
– Must be capable to make wooden boxes as required
– Have knowledge of equipment to machine wood
– Capable to read, understand, and follow procedures

Personal

Education

Welder

Technical

– Min 3 yrs previous working experience possibly in a valve factory
– Sound knowledge of MIG & TIG welding
– Wide knowledge of materials and consumables
– Must be able to read, understand, and follow welding procedure (WPS)

Painter

Technical

– Min 3 yrs previous working experience in a valve factory or in a painting company
– Have sound knowledge of painting
– Must be capable to check painting DFT (wet and dry)
– Have knowledge of several painting systems
– Capable to read, understand, and follow procedures

Sand blasting Operator

Technical

– Min 3 yrs previous working experience in a valve factory or in a painting company as shot blasting operator
– Have sound knowledge of:
– How to protect items to be blasted
– Shot blasting process
– Have knowledge of international standard related to blasting
– Have knowledge of different abrasives used for blasting
– Capable to read, understand, and follow procedures

Personal

Education

Testing Operator

Technical

– Min 3 yrs previous working experience in a valve factory as valve technician
– Have sound knowledge of valves assembly & testing, particularly referred to ball valve, gate valve, globe valve, check valve up to 24”
– Have knowledge of international standards API 6D, API 598
– Capable to read, understand, and follow procedures
– Knowledge of test bench from SHS, HPSC, PR PROGETTI, ITALCONTROL, VENTIL is a plus
